We offer same day and walk-in appointments for urgent care and sudden illness for our patient's convenience. Our office staff will be glad to assist you in scheduling an appointment by calling us at 770-872-3663. 

       PATIENT INFORMATON

We see patients by appointment. Same day and walk in appointmens are available for urgent or sudden illness. We encourage you to make your routine appointments in advance which will ensure that a time and date of your choosing is available to you. If you cannot make your appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible.

Urgent problems that arise after hours, on weekends or on holidays will be directed to call 706-647-8111 or for emergencies go directing to the nearest emergency room.  After hours calls should be limited to urgent issues only. Non-urgent concerns and prescription refills will only be addressed during business hours.

If you have an emergency, call 911 or please go to your nearest emergency room.
