SIMPLE VISIT- 15 mins- (One complaint, no injection/lab/procedure) $56.00

MODERATE VISIT -15-20 mins- (Two complaints OR one procedure-injection, urinalysis, strep test, etc.) $84.00

COMPLEX VISIT- 20-30 mins (Multiple complaints or complex procedures such as simple sutures, joint injection, nail removal)      $150-$170

SPORTS / CAMP PHYSICALS- $30

DOT PHYSICALS- $60 ( includes urine)

DOT PHYSICALS WITH URINE DRUG SCREEN- $110

PRE-EMPLOYMENT PHYSICALS- $50 (excludes labs)

COLLEGE PHYSICALS- $35 (excludes immunization/labs)

WALK-IN LAB TESTING- (NO ORDER NEEDED: $30 - $100 

   Visits include prescription if needed
